Return and Withdrawal Policy

At RIANHandmade LLC, we respect your rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive as well as our standard return policy.

Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period) You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods (for physical products) or the day the contract is concluded (for digital/virtual products and services).

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal To withdraw, please use the "Withdraw from Contract" button in your customer account under Order History or Order Details. Alternatively, you can contact us at RIANHandmade@hotmail.com.

We will send you a confirmation email immediately upon receiving your withdrawal notice.

Our Standard Return Policy (30 Days) We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return (for EU customers, the 14-day withdrawal right applies).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Procedure To start a return, contact us at RIANHandmade@hotmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items The right of withdrawal and returns do not apply to:

• Personalized or customized products (e.g. custom designs, made-to-order items)
• Digital content or virtual services where you have given express consent to start performance
• Sealed goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (e.g. beauty products)
• Perishable goods, hazardous materials, sale items, or gift cards

Exchanges The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item and make a new purchase.

Refunds We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
